A great secret behind long life.

Few of us know about this fact which I am going to reveal in front of you. Believe me if you will follow this then you will surely enjoy long life.

In a human, everything depends on breathing and way of breathing. A real secret is that before a child take birth, nature has already decided that how many breaths that child has in his/her life. No one can exceed that limit and whenever you reached to that limit you get die.

Suppose you have got 500000 breaths in your account then 500000 breaths will be your last breath.

Now it’s depends on you that how and how fast or slowly your finishes these breaths. Person who enjoy these breaths slowly lives more than others that’s why we have a great thing in your life and that is “Yoga”.

First let me explain the concept of breathing. Like I said suppose you have 500000 breaths so now if you are taking these breaths in 60 years then you will not be able to enjoy 61th year of your life but if you will take these breaths in 65 years then you will be able to enjoy 5 more years. So the person, who breathes slowly and longer, lives more than others. Yoga and meditation helps in this. We have lot of persons in the world with the age 100 years or more then that because they follow yoga tips and living longer than others.

Now how yoga helps .Every yoga tells you that you have to take long breath and try to hold your breath for few second and minutes whatever is possible for you. Hold means air is not going in and not coming out. Now after few second you have to through air out and then hold again means air is not going in and not coming out. This way you are enjoying a single breath for a long time then normal situation. So if suppose 2 people has 500000 breaths in their account and one is using one breath for 5 min and second person is using a breath for 2 min then first person will live longer than second.

The biggest example of this  are players like racers and players from other hard games like boxing or games in which you must have to breath more and more , lives shorter and die early. You are thinking that a player got died because of heart attach but no that is died because he has completed his/her breath.

We have millions of persons living their long and happy life using yoga. So start yoga and take long breaths. It will surely lead to you for a long life and will give you lot of positive energy too.
